Your main mission is to ensure impeccable service delivery to our guest. You will run the day-to-day operations of the business including recruitment of part-time staff during the peak winter season (driver, cleaner, waiters…). You will also be expected to develop the Hotel’s long term revenues and image through promotion & direct marketing. This duty will extend to structuring agreements with reputable travel agents, and creating a complete list of services and activities for our guests (sports, cultural activities…).
Guest Relations Manager
Duties include taking rooms reservations, helping with all aspects of the guest’s needs (handling of airport transfers, equipment rentals, ski lift purchases, restaurant reservations, external laundry services, room cleaning…).
Qualified massage and spa therapist with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.
